Waldorf Salad with Cranberries and Walnuts

Ingredients
  • ½ cup 0% fat plain greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 medium jazz apples, diced
  • 1 medium ambrosia apple, diced
  • ¼ cup celery, sliced thin
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl combine yogurt, honey, vanilla, and vinegar.
  2. Add diced apples and celery to yogurt, stir to coat.
  3. Sprinkle in the walnuts and cranberries, stir to combine.
  4. Serve chilled.
