Mango Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
  • ½ cup red bell pepper, diced
  • ½ cup mango, diced
  • ½ cup cilantro, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • ½ cup 0% plain greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup Major Grey's Mango Chutney
Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl combine chicken, bell pepper, mango, and cilantro. Add lime juice and stir to combine.
  2. In a small bowl mix yogurt and mango chutney. Pour over chicken mixture and gently stir to combine.
  3. Chill for at least 1 hour prior to serving.
  4. Serve on lettuce cups
