BLT Salad with Avocado and Blue Cheese

Ingredients
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 4 pieces cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 16 grape tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup avocado, diced
  • ¼ cup reduced fat blue cheese, crumbled
  • Lemon Vinaigrette
Instructions
  1. Divide lettuce among 4 plates.
  2. Add 1 piece of bacon, 8 tomato halves, 2 tbsp avocado, and 1 tbsp blue cheese on top of each plate of salad.
  3. Serve with lemon vinaigrette and enjoy.
