Ingredients
  • ½ cup quinoa
  • 1 mango, diced
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
Instructions
  1. Prepare quinoa according to package directions.
  2. In a large bowl combine cooled quinoa, mango, blueberries, and raspberries.
  3. Pour fresh lemon juice over mixture.
  4. Sprinkle with sliced basil and serve.
Notes
Add 1 packet of stevia for a sweeter salad.
