Ingredients
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries, rinsed and trimmed
  • 1 medium banana
  • ¼ cup 0% plain greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp milled flax
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 cup water
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add more ice for a thicker smoothie
