Blueberry Banana Smoothie

- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup fresh blueberries, rinsed and trimmed
- 1 medium banana
- ¼ cup 0% plain greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp milled flax
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 cup water
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add more ice for a thicker smoothie
