Easy Red Salsa

Serves: 2 cups
- 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- ¼ cup sweet onion, chopped
- 1 jalapeño, chopped
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1-2 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup cilantro, chopped
- Add tomatoes, garlic, onion, and jalapeño into a food processor and pulse until salsa is chunky.
- Add oregano, sugar, black pepper and salt to salsa. Pulse a few times to blend.
- Lastly, add cilantro and pulse just until salsa is slightly chunky.
