Easy Red Salsa

Serves: 2 cups
Ingredients
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • ¼ cup sweet onion, chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, chopped
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1-2 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup cilantro, chopped
Instructions
  1. Add tomatoes, garlic, onion, and jalapeño into a food processor and pulse until salsa is chunky.
  2. Add oregano, sugar, black pepper and salt to salsa. Pulse a few times to blend.
  3. Lastly, add cilantro and pulse just until salsa is slightly chunky.
