Ingredients
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup reduced sugar almond milk
  • 1 small granny smith apple, diced
  • 1 small banana
  • 4 oz fat free, plain greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Add ingredients into a blender in the order listed.
  2. Blend until smooth.
